Child Development Services
Designed for Children Ages 3 to 5
Support Through the Preschool Years
Child development services support children ages 3 to 5 who are showing signs of developmental delay, have a diagnosed condition, or need continued support after early intervention. Aimed at helping children reach key developmental goals, these services focus on communication, behavior, social-emotional growth, and daily functioning.
Facilitating Seamless Transitions
We help families navigate next steps after BabyNet, exploring ongoing service needs, developmental assessments, and DDSN eligibility. We provide family training and service coordination for children ages 3-5 those who are DDSN eligible, and facilitate a smooth transition to DDSN case management for those with permanent eligibility.
