Service Coordination
Coordinated. Meaningful. Aligned.
Your Partner in Coordinated Care
At CTEI, we know managing your child’s care can feel overwhelming. Our team of Service Coordinators handles case management for children ages birth through 3 by organizing services, aligning care with your child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP), and streamlining communication between everyone involved. As your early childhood intervention specialists, we’re here to make sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle – so you can focus on what matters most.
What We Coordinate
We help you coordinate a wide range of early intervention services based on your child’s specific needs. This may include connecting you with BabyNet-approved providers such as ABA therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational and Physical Therapists, Audiologists, and other specialists.
We also help manage therapy schedules, ensure services align with your child’s IFSP, and assist with transitions to additional programs, such as DDSN or preschool services.
How It Works
Each family is assigned a dedicated Service Coordinator for early intervention who serves as your main point of contact throughout your child’s care journey. Your coordinator will attend IFSP meetings, maintain communication with all providers, help you understand available services, and ensure your child’s care is documented and updated as their needs evolve.
We’re here to reduce confusion, minimize gaps in care, and make sure every part of your child’s support system works together.
Why Service Coordination Matters
Coordinating care across multiple providers can quickly become complex and time-consuming for families. Service coordination helps ensure that everyone – from therapists to physicians – is working toward shared goals and consistent, effective services.
It also reduces the burden on families by simplifying logistics, supporting communication, and ensuring nothing is overlooked. With a strong care plan and clear coordination, children experience more meaningful progress – and parents feel more confident.
Who We Work With
We connect families with the BabyNet healthcare partners that will best meet their child’s developmental needs.
Families may choose any qualified BabyNet provider – including those under the Carolina Therapeutics umbrella. Choosing an integrated care team can offer added convenience, more seamless communication between providers, and a unified approach to your child’s services and goals.
